Please, we were winning 1st half with these 2nd rate halves, watch the game again and tell me where it was that our halves let us down. To me, it was more the fact we spent the entire 2nd half nailed down on our own goal line. Since you probably 'play' the game, i'll ask you this: The whole team just spent an entire 8-10 sets defending including yourself, presumably the halfback. Everyone is out of fuel, what do you do? Don't say you'd pull off miracle passes and kicks, thats not going to happen no matter which halves combo you get. I thought getting halves would be a priority, from tonight, fixing the team attitude in general would be a better option before we think about getting new players.

Don`t you think DESPITE would be a better word?

To stress the point Avenger made, we got beat byn their 6 & 7, not the rest of their team .

Robson would not get a game at any other NRL club in the 7 shirt, ffs that is why Moanly let him go.

Our halves are poor, and we don't need someone who can tackle we need a 7 who can control the friggin game, the only side with halves as poor as ours is Cronulla and I would take Barrett in a heartbeat

The coaching staff will (or should) know whether he is good enough. Broncos seem to be getting good value now by using their "good enough" kids in NRL now...

That's the Daniel Mortimer special - nothing kicks straight to a winger or the fullback ...and barely able to kick it further than 30 metres ...my grandma could kick further than that . lol
Can't say anoybody else is much better either - although Hayne does get some good distance off his kicks , just a dreadful kicking game overall ....
