Once your in the preseason draft, click on a player from your shortlist, and that player will be added as your next draft pick.

if you have done a short list it will make it easier when its ur turn
then scroll down that page and you will see the list of teams who take their picks .

I had no idea about kicker points, eg, smith worth 9.

You can't have anymore then 10 kicker points EG. You can have Cam Smith & Braith Anasta (Cam Smith 9 Kicker Points, Braith 1 Kicker Point) you can then no longer recruit kickers.

Thats my understanding anyway.
