rugby league referee's have a high profile, unlike other sports, we refs are under as much demand to keep up with play with the players and train as hard as them. ref's play an enormous role in league and the console game wouldn't be the same without it.

does the size of a players play a big part in injuries? (eg: just say little preston campbell was running strait at willie mason and mason gave him a big head high tackle, now in real life this kind of thing would proberly end prestons career just wondering how affective it would be in the game)

Yes, large weight mismatches have a higher chance of causing injury.

Well, wait until our game is released, then let us know how well we are doing against the competition.

Ok I have a question about injuries.

1) Can players still get injured in other matches that make up the competition? like say your doing a competition as the Raiders and in another match that your not playing in say the Roosters v Rabbitohs can players from that match get injured still? does the game tell you round by round which players are fit etc?

2) Can a player whos returning from injury aggrevate the same injury again during a following game?

Hi Mario, Just a quick question:

Has the final build for the game been completed and if not, do you have an expected time when you think it will be?

Thanks in advance, keep up the good work mate ;-)

Question for Mario:

In the demo, the play-the-ball only happened when the defensive line was set. Will this change so that its possible to get a quick play the ball with the defensive line still offside, so that dummy half running is effective and you can draw penalties if they try and tackle you?

Telstra Stadium.... will it have the roofs on the northern and southern stands as it is now as completed, or will it be without them pre construction as in the screen shots?

The play flows better becuase in the demo the defense waited until the tackle was completed before reseting at which point the tacklee would then wait for the defense to get back into position. This was due to a technical limitation of the code at the time.

In the final version, this has been resolved, so the defense gets back into position faster, but you can also speed up the play of the ball and try to draw an offside.

Telstra will be like it is in the latest screenshots - we had to draw the line somewhere with regards to stadium improvements and construction.

Will the penalty be given only if they get involved in the play? Hope so.
