this thread is some preseason shit.

If Macnaz's claims are true, I expect the following reps to line up.

Broncos: Ben Barba
Bulldogs: Josh Morris
Sharks: Nathan Gardner
Raiders: Edrick lee
Cowboys: Lachlan Coote
Dragons: Brett Morris
Eels: Jarryd Hayne
Knights: Akuila Uate
Panthers: Eto Nabuli (3)
Rabbitohs: Alex Johnston
Roosters: Nene MacDonald
Manly: Brett Stewart
Storm: Marika Koroibete (2)
Titans: James Roberts (1)
Warriors: Glen Fisi'ahi

you support the Tigers how do you forget them?

IMO there is a very, very slim chance the club would risk Hayne for what is basically a shits and giggles event.

Tedesco's definitely the quickest at the Tigers but given the way he's been going with injuries, not sure how long he will be.

I remember him putting the burners and leaving Mead for dead in the 9s, albeit Mead was coming across from FB.

A lots been said about Titans yet no real mention of Brad Tighe. He's lightning.
Since I'm a storm fan my relay team would be;

Slater
O'Neill
T.Robinson
Koroibete

Titans would have to be the favs though with Mead, Roberts, Gordon & Tighe.

Tigers relay team from those that have played firsts this year would be:

1. Tedesco
2. Simona
3. Austin

4th probably between Moses and Nofoaluma. Nofoaluma's pace was down this year but he was playing a bung knee the whole time. I'd like to see Taupau run a long distance sprint. Dude's got some wheels for a prop.

I'm pretty sure your talking about Tedesco leaving Albert Kelly dead. Kelly had returned from a leg injury for that game. But Tedesco has blistering pace.

Tepai Moeroa was one of, if not the fastest players in the Australian Schoolboys Rugby Union team last year. He may have bulked up and lost some speed but from what I have seen he is certainly faster than Tonga, Hopa, Toutai & I'd say maybe Ryan Morgan.

Also to the f**king nuffy who said Hiku was Manlys slowest back... Steve Matai and Jamie Lyon are far slower. Foran is faster than DCE. Maybe it's just Manly does not have a fast club.

I'm sorry but you are wrong, Tepai was definitely the slowest member of that backline and his success was from his strength, defence and skill not pace. Tepai is fairly standard pace for a backrower and nowhere near the pace of Ryan Morgan who is a notably quick centre.

Completely forgot about Tighe. Gordon could be 7th!

Zillman aint much chop anymore though. Knees are knackered.
Zillman is still quick nonetheless. Much quicker than your average outside back. He is also easily the fittest Titan and is close to a marathon runner.

And you watched this team play did you? Considering I have a relative in that team and I was at the majority of the games, I can tell you with certainty Tepai is a very quick back rower. If he was slow as you suggest, why the f**k would he be a CENTRE in Union. Just to further disprove your argument, watch this video and claim he is slow.

He may be slow NOW because he has bulked up to be a first-grade back rower, but in general he is quick. End of story.

Nothing in that video shows he has pace. If anything it shows that he's not particularly quick.

He was a centre in union so he could run over isolated 17 year old defenders with a head of steam. I thought that would be obvious.

I watched him plenty at schoolboy level. He is not quick for NRL level.

Riiiiight... So the vision of him running around defenders indicates that he does not have pace. I don't see how what works, but okay.
