PJ Harvey - like most of her stuff (have you heard ship song with nick cave? and henry lee?)
Hope Sandoval (Mazzy Star) - fade into you
Elizabeth Fraser - her role in Teardrop by Massive Attack
Michelle Branch - Game of Love. I don't like her stuff except this song, thought her voice suited Santana's instrumentals well.
Tarja Turunen - Nightwish
kd lang - duets with Roy Orbison + her cover of hallelujah
janis joplin - definitely have to be in the mood to enjoy her stuff
Kylie Minogue, duet with Nick Cave - where the wild roses grow
blondie - heart of glass

I was gonna say Anne Wilson but Big Pete beat me to it.

How good were the Wilson sisters though, Nancy was a demon on guitar and Ann could hit all the notes. Probably the best chick band of all time IMO (yes, I know the other members were dudes).

Grace Potter goes ok, not the greatest voice but she's a rock chick and plays awesome music.

Covering Crazy on You, there used to be a video of her playing with Heart but I can't find it.

Have you heard Moya Brennan (she's Enya's sister but don't let that put you off) or Mary Black? If you fancy Irish/Celtic music you might like them too...
