well.

we got the week off but have the harder side of the draw. broncs if they win will be very hard.

having said that you have to beat the best to be the best.

good luck against melbourne. i hope you win for the home fans and the fact that i really cant stand bellamy

bet you were hoping for the other result as you would surely fancy your chances against the warriors or roosters- manly players are doing handstands after this result and are about as certain as one could be of being one of the teams in the grandfinal whilst the sharks v melbourne or broncos will battle out a 80 minutes arm wrestle

It's going to be a great game (has come a week early though!). If we somehow lose I'll be supporting you blokes for the GF.

The atmosphere is going to be electric. Good luck :)

well these allegations arent going to help. tbh i'd rather play them in melb where benny can use the siege mentality. as it is the pressure is on us to ebat them at 'home' and send benny and tunza out winners. I think our finals record at suncrop is aweful as well

I'm preparing for myself for a loss on Saturday night, regardless of the assault allegations.

Good old negative Twat we are used to your garbage posts about us losing.

You dickhead... I've tipped us to win for the past 3 weeks, f**k off

Some of us need to be realistic and not live in a fairy land. Melbourne will be one tough ask

It will be very interesting to see if Karmichael Hunt, Darius Boyd and Sam Thaiday get named after the sexual assault incident over the course of the weekend. In all honesty I believe our chances rest on these players shoulders and I'll be very interested to see the managements decision.

Despite what may come of the investigation Pete, the question must also be asked as to how we as supporters would feel cheering on these players if they were to play given what we know to date?

Exactly right JW.

It's a very sensative time for the club right now and any decision the board comes to will draw negative reaction.

I think all 3 should be stood down until the investigation is over. I'd rather we stood for something and went down in flames rather than throw everything out the window just to win a football game. The only deviation to that, that I'd accept is if the club is privy to information that we're not that they feel proves those 3 players are innocent.

The key word in all of this is "consensual". And only four people know the score, and you can be rest assured there will be two different stories.

What do you do if your management, and you're hearing two, three, four different stories? What an ugly, ugly mess. No winners here at all.

Even if innocent of asault the 3 idiots should be fined massively for putting themselves and the club in such a position at the most important part of the season. Doesnt the club have drinking bans in place that has seen previous players sacked?? and if so will they treat this case in the same manner. The stupid thing is tho if the players were sacked they would be signed up with another club within the week.SO they arent getting punished at all, just the club and you! the supporter. Im a tigers fan but i really want Brisbane to smash the Storm, hope they still can with this hanging over their head.

These blokes won't be picked up by an NRL club if they're sacked. The NRL has shown with Carney that they're finally going to support clubs that do the right thing and de-register players so that situation doesn't happen.

I don't even want to think about sackings at the moment, it's bad enough having to contemplate standing 3 key players down from a sudden death semi final.

Has anybody read this article in the link. Going by the story i cant see any charges being laid, the only thing being laid is a total sl*t in a toilet cubicle.

According to police reports, on Saturday night three Broncos players agreed to go into a toilet cubicle at the Alhambra Lounge, in Fortitude Valley, with a woman to receive oral sex. The woman then agreed to engage in full sex with two players.
During this, the third player pulled out his mobile phone and began filming. It is believed this is what upset the woman, who believed it had now gone beyond consensual.
