I'm quite angry that these players put themselves in this kind of position knowing such an important time was at hand.
Regardless of the result of this incident,I think they should be stood down because going out and partying when the team is in the finals is bad enough alone.
But the fact that they've let down their fans and club mates down is an even bigger indicator.

I can't imagine how Lockyer is feeling,he's very close to Karmichael.

id rather the north prosper before the dirty south does.

but in saying that, a horse and a little bit of rain is no match for the shark.

Has anybody read this article in the link. Going by the story i cant see any charges being laid, the only thing being laid is a total sl*t in a toilet cubicle.

According to police reports, on Saturday night three Broncos players agreed to go into a toilet cubicle at the Alhambra Lounge, in Fortitude Valley, with a woman to receive oral sex. The woman then agreed to engage in full sex with two players.
During this, the third player pulled out his mobile phone and began filming. It is believed this is what upset the woman, who believed it had now gone beyond consensual.

So the Video Ref was happy with the strip. Just a problem with the put down.

only deviation to that, that I'd accept is if the club is privy to information that we're not that they feel proves those 3 players are innocent.

Exactly right. Let's hope against all hope that is the case, as Bruno Cullen did say in his statement that there had been a few misrepresentations in the media. But where there's smoke there's fire, and I'd be very surprised if what actually occurred on the night is not enough to constitute an immediate sacking.

And all jokes in bad taste aside. This game may already be lost, even if they play and no charges are laid. Got to wonder what it's done to unity and preparation.

If they play on Saturday can only hope the players involved feel they owe the fans a blinder.

i think it looks all three will be axed. if this is the case the storm will have a field day.

Can't see it happening so soon, if anything they'll get the sack in a few weeks time.

The whole incident has turned me off Saturdays game, I'm not excited like I was last week...

sacked from FG this week or sacked from the club? cause if they aren't charged with anything then I don't think whats happened so far deserves sacking. it depends on what happened after she said she didnt want it videod

Sacked from the club, given the circumstances around what happened. The club is preparing for its biggest match in 2 years, and the actions of these players show a complete lack of thought and in particular a complete lack of respect for your team mates.

I would agree with you Glory Be, but theres no one else to replace him at the moment unfortunately. He is easily the most expendable.

Well expendable out of the 3 players involved I mean. Have to give him credit though. He has been very good lately, running the ball straight and not sideways and good under the high ball.

lets hope the players can rise above this sh*thouse week we've had so far & put on a great performance. this isnt the send off Wayne Bennet or Tonie Carroll deserve.

It will be a test of Bennett's psychological skills and yet again he will have to galvanise the team
They're in your dunghill
They have had less recovery time than you
They are without Lima and Hoffman (or so it seems)
Boyd, Thaiday and Hunt owe the club for their stupid behavior (stupid at best!!)
Your support can bring them home
Good Luck!

Who knows what will happen on Saturday however it's very possible the Broncos may come out and smash the Storm.
Let's face it if any team does well under scrutiny it's the Broncos,it all comes down to Bennett and the senior players.

If the team is focused to get to the GF and send Bennett out the way he deserves this will not stop them.
