Archer? We are as good as gone.
lol, it's so true. every week i expect at least 2 or 3 posts that say "oh no, *insert ref here*, we're doomed!".Any ref could be picked and there'd still be people whinging
Jarrod Maxwell goes alright as well.Jason Robinson goes alright.
Yeah I'd do himJarrod Maxwell goes alright as well.
Yeah I'd do him
Not long to go until the Jets season starts ;-)oh no, sneaky is here, we're doomed!.
All refs are f**ked, but its not their fault. It is the NRL's, that is why I am continuing my NRL ban this week.
You sound so sure? That named team will be nothing like the one which runs out at kick off.
Outsmarting is probably the wrong word. I suspect he is just trying to keep them guessing. Why not take every little advantage? Some of his changes are pretty obvious; some of them not so easy to predict. If the opposition has to prepare for even a couple of feasible contingencies, he's added at least a minor irritation to their preparation. And there are different reasons for the feints. When he keeps rookie debuts under wraps it's just to shield them from the media during the week. Other times, I think he genuinely doesn't settle on the team until later in the week (though not as late as the rest of us get to know of course). That scenario mainly occurs when he's not sure who is going to be available, or he is entertaining a switch in playmaking positions and wants to see how a couple of options go at training.Flip flops everywhere - you know - the only way Smith knows. I sometimes think he really believes he is outsmarting people or something being so deceptive with his line ups.
Now admit it. Your real gripe is from a punting perspective. ;-)
