well im in my 5th decade of playing/supporting Rugby League so am no kid and i think if a woman is better than a man at reffing then let her have the job. ill boo her as equally as any man doing the same job. lol

experience is everything and i have noticed that the woman lines woman gets the wrong calls constantly in footy, its a bit like an 18 yr old p/plater driving her car whilst speeding i see them all the time they are an accident waiting to happen check the national road statistics you will see i am correct,woman cause more accidents on the roads today than men . would i trust a woman ref or a woman linesman definitely not thats not sexist its smart thinking.next people will want to add women into the nrl teams some people are clueless just take crowe/souths after 2014 clueless again FACT...Shadow...

There is Kasey Badger who has been a touch judge in a few NRL matches and I think her calls have been spot on actually and she does a good job.....

I remember a tough one there was and she nailed the call........

Shadow not all men are competent though. In fact there's a lot of men out there that are useless. This is especially true in regards to reffing. Yes, there should definitely be less refs in the game but it shouldn't just be men refs.

I'm not going to abuse you for having a view because I think that's a massive problem in society today but I think you should reconsider it. There's a possibility you haven't met capable women. But I can guarantee you that there are women out there who are better than men at doing their jobs. They haven't even had the opportunity yet and it's only fair that they're given that opportunity before we start making judgement calls like this.

Well I have voted no.

I feel I have a right to voice my view without criticism just like I respect the ones voting yes.....

I worry for children in that if they just have 2 Mum's and no father figure in their life is very very concerning to me and the kids mental state.....

We will be paying more tax too to go towards having hormones put into a woman to make him a man.....

At the end of th day imo if you're a man well then you're a man......


I respect gays being together in society and having a relationship and all that but I don't think it should be marriage.......

I believe God made us for who we are...........

A mother and father are made to bring up a child.......


The poor kids in schools is another big big concern..........

Plus freedom of speech.........


Also Shadow I do respect a point you made in that if a massive forward ran over a woman ref and they were then paralysed it would open a massive can of worms......... that was a smart point you made....... a safety issue..........

I grew up with a lot of islanders who are hard Christians and they have views very similar to yours R20. I voted yes only because I don't believe I have the right to deny someone from that right you know? But I fully understand why people would vote no as well. Especially if you're religious.
