Would love to see the Sharkies at the bottom. They’ll still beat us twice, but the other 23 rounds will be good viewing.

They have had the wood on us for some time now.

I still have nightmares about that short kick off which went there way two seasons back and got them home.

They have the roster that can do it this year

You have gone all in on the new regime at the club given your obvious dislike for Gus Gould.

That is all fine, but there will be no excuses in 2020 for a finish outside the top 8. Gould and our previous coach got us into the finals three years running.

That comment was on how ordinary the Sharks look on paper nothing to do with us

Do they really look that bad? I’m sure others may not share your opinion?

In their fulltime squad they have only 19 that have played FG. 10 of those are backs

of those 19.
Moylan and Dugan can’t stay on the field.
Josh Morris will be playing of position.
Shaun Johnson is too up and down

At hooker they have a guy that was bench hooker last year and Cameron King that was in UK 2nd Divison last year

So if they are going to get the spoon this is the year

Plus fifita they are trying to offload, Dugan being not wanted either. That is two dickheads who could be disruptive to an unproven coach,

yep a 2nd year coach too...

People see me as overhyping our guys but it is just other teams have more doubts then we do.

Sounds like Jimmy was outplayed by Sezer in their debuts, this is a holiday for him, we were his fat pay check and now Catalans will cop it too.

I don't think it's fair to class Maloney as simply phoning it in for us. He had some really bad performances but he played on through some ridiculous pain and always looked like he gave a shit. Second final in 2018 comes to mind.

I don't relish seeing him struggle at his new club.

He was switched off big time if you ask me. I hope he was busted in that finals game in 2018 because he turned in the worst performance ive seen from him, if he wasn't hurt there was something else wrong. Last year look at his effort in origin compared to when he played for us, huge difference in his application and effort IMO. He played one or two good games post origin both years. I don't remember any stand out performances from him last season except origin 2.

This. Either his body was succumbing to the years of stress which caused him to crash after a half season + origin or he was putting in to get the origin paycheck. Either way the club needed more for a premiership chance.

Yep, when NSW needed someone to step up he did, when we needed it he didn't. That is just how I see it, where were his gun performances when were chasing finals in 2019? or when we were in the finals in 2018? They were non-existent.

I think he had lost a step athletically for sure and he was certainly beat up in 2018 but this season(2019) in particular he really looked like he just wasn't putting in for mine. There was to many times he put us under huge pressure with his lack of discipline, when someone his size is consistently hitting guys a foot taller than him high it is deliberate. I hate that shit, he is hurting the team to send a message as part of his personal battle with whoever is going at him. Really selfish stuff. If he doesn't like guys running at him then f**king tackle them, don't hit them high and gift them 30m and a new set.

Maloney is a great competitor he will be fine. He’ll be giving his all at his new club of that I’m sure.
