when has a coach player or official of a club questioned ( clearly) the integrity of a referee in the NRL & escaped punishment ?But they weren't sanctioned or punished.

not even remotely the same thing as the rant by the warriors sponsorJames Tedesco's staggering claim over 'horrific' Victor Radley drama
James Tedesco and his coach were not impressed with the NRL referee. Find out more here.www.google.com
Would you care to bet? Did he state that the referees cheated or were biased> Nope. In fact from said article -
You compare that to what was in the tweet and it is very different. He stated that is their opinion, he indicated he could be biased himself and said he did not know if there is any fact in it. If you can't see that difference, then I doubt anyone can help you.
Warriors .... Cheating of the highest order
Roosters ... we think Radley is refereed a bit differently to other players
the same ?
yea
nah
The irony is if Tohu Harris (or some other NRL captains, perhaps) had said what James Tedesco said on the field, Tohu would have immediately been sent off, banned for weeks, and fined to pieces. And therein lies the problem.Jason Paris doesn’t captain or coach the NZ Warriors FYI
and that’s a very generous modification of Tedesco’s comments- which, to be honest,
I’m not angry at. It’s a fair inquiry. But what’s good for the golden goose is good for the gander.

that being ... a ...... difference to a coach or player making claims.
But the issue is it's an ongoing problem which is the cause of this bleating from NZ. I know all teams will get decisions that go against them but some of it is diabolical. You can't deny unconscious bias by saying we aren't. That's the whole point of unconscious bias. It was a big mistake for Paris to say what he said but hopefully better scrutiny of the bunker might come out of this. The refs on the field call it as they see it and will make errors as we all would. It's one thing to say they stuffed up. Its quite another to say "you got it wrong because you are biased against us, or cheated us".
problem is areas like the hip drop are currently being reffed as black and white issues. There’s no shade of grey between ten in the bin and play on.The rules are not all black and white, especially when it comes to the application of the advantage rule, and that is something many people don't realise or just flat out ignore.
That’s not correct. If the Match Officials were e to sue, it would be up to the sponsor to prove that he has proof that the MOs are cheating. He isn't trying to prove it though.
It's the Match Officials that would have to prove it doesn't occur, IF they were to take him to court.
Not that I think they will.
Well if he was gunna sue Paris, he better sue campion aswell.https://www.sen.com.au/news/2023/05...s-warriors-always-cop-short-end-of-the-stick/
Kevin Campion chimes in.
Well if he was gunna sue Paris, he better sue campion aswell.
He's basically saying the same thing
someone asked why the referees union didn't threaten legal action against players or officials for attacks on them , I said that was because they fall under the control of the NRLThen what are we talking about?
