This how 'reciprocal' membership works in professional sports.
Parra members get free entry to the Souths home game at SFS. Parra pays Souths an agreed fee for each member that attends (80% - 100% of usual entry). Parra charges a higher membership fee to cover this.

Nrl should ask for a Bankwest at Homebush gifted to NRL. An all Sydney clubs play at least 2 3 games a season each. 30 odd games . Well they could have heaps off Restaurants on the exterior off the stadium facing Accor stadium an a Sports club bar, owned by each club in Sydney, equal shares. Im sure each Leagues club in Sydney could transfer 20 pokies each to the new club. Mind boggling new sources off revenue generated for all functions held in the Homebush precient.

Panthers new ground may be built on another site allowing the club to remain at their current home during the rebuild

Looking like good news that V'Landys has come to an agreement. Assume it means we are getting the redevelopments. The NRL is finally getting some really quality stadiums. By 2032 we should have:
(Live on the Gold Coast and haven't made it to a lot of these stadiums so pull me up if I miss something).

✅ Broncos - Still at Suncorp. Potentially some minor upgrades to keep it upto date. Cross River rail will also help crowds.
✅Dolphins - Same as above. Redcliffe and Sunshine Coast for their lower drawing games (maybe with some minor upgrades and slightly higher capacities).
❌Raiders - GIO isn't the worst stadium in the comp, but way too exposed to the elements. A new, well protected stadium in CIVIC would be ideal.
✅Titans - Minor upgrades to CBUS (bigger screens). Will hopefully be looking towards Light rail to the stadium, heavy rail down to the airport and a more activated area around the stadium (Robina Parklands should be a good start).
✅Cowboys - Sorted
✅Storm - Sorted
✅Knights - Good stadium, looking towards finishing it off and bringing capacity up to ~40k.
❌Warriors - Similar to the Raiders. Will be well out of date by 2032.

❌ Bulldogs - Need to sort out something with ANZ. Terrible stadium to be playing regular season games (although atleast should have a metro station by then). Need to either build a new stadium, redevelop Belmore, start drawing crowds that make it worth staying at ANZ or move to Commbank Stadium.
✅Sharks - Coming together now with the developments at Shark Park. Hopefully a bit of government funding to rebuild the western stand and bring capacity up to 25k.
✅Sea Eagles - Looks like they will get the funds for Brookvale. Hopefully 25K.
✅Eels - Huge potential here. Great stadium and Metro West will improve accessibility plus the light rail. If done right could be averaging 30k.
✅Panthers - Rebuilt stadium. Again huge potential if they hold on to the crowds they're drawing now.
🟡Rabbitohs - If they move to Allianz Stadium, they're sorted, otherwise same situation as the Bulldogs.
✅Roosters - Sorted. Hopefully build crowds with their state of the art stadium.
🟡Dragons - Need Jubilee Oval redeveloped and hopefully WIN gets a touch up. Difficult as only 6 games each Stadium. Gonna be interesting to see their stadium strategy.
🟡Tigers - Same as Dragons, need Leichhardt and Campbelltown worked on.

There's now a few standout clubs with their stadium situations now.

Broncos - Suncorp is due for a mid-life upgrade from next year.
Bulldogs - Even Allianz would be better for the Bulldogs in the not too distant future, especially once most of the Bankstown line loses direct access to Lidcombe/Olympic Park when the line gets converted to Metro in a few years time. Belmore needs quite a bit of work, might even be worth building on the no.2 oval behind the eastern hill.
Canberra - GIO is far from the worst stadium but the Raiders need a new CommBank style home closer to the city center.
Dolphins - More powerful lighting as well as looking at putting a 2nd deck on the Western Stand, giving the ground some corporate facilities to host more profitable games.
NZ Warriors - Still nothing solid on the future of Auckland's stadiums, the plan seems to hinge on cricket moving to Western Springs which would free up Eden Park for a Suncorp style redevelopment if that option is chosen or a completely new site closer to the CBD while Mount Smart becomes a speedway.
Souths - Most of their members live in the Western Suburbs now, Accor location wise is fine for them but it needs to be refurbished soon.
Dragons - Need to move their training/admin base before anything happens to the Southern Stand at Wollongong, also would help if the Wolves bid for a A-League team which would set up the perfect opportunity for the Wolves and the Dragons to jointly push for upgrades. Kogarah needs more permanent facilities, there's only one food outlet for the hill which isn't ideal.
Wests Tigers - Campbelltown is too small at 17.5k. Together with the Bulls, they should be pushing for either a minimum 22k facility at Campbelltown or a completely new stadium nearby such as in Liverpool

Mentioned in the Nein HT news that LOLSoufs are expected to announce shortly that they will be returning to the SFS when it opens.

Well one tenant there has to go close to filling the joint because none of the other tenants will even fill out the bottom part of the stadium

That doesn’t sound reciprocal, surely reciprocal is when parra fans get into souths game and souths fans get into parra game in return at no cost to either Club?

The fans don’t have to pay, but no club is going to let thousands of opposition supporters in for free. Someone has to pay and it is the away club, who receive the revenue from the memberships that their fans use to attend away games. That is how it usually works in professional sports.
