This guy is the labor MP for Campbelltown. FFS.
This makes me angry as f**k.
Clennell is a bomb thrower as a journo mate. He aims to stir and rile people up. I've also heard he's a bit of a "Richard" too.
The Western Sydney MP going along with the guy is worse.
Based on all the controversy up there it sounds like you will never win an election in NSW if you give too much money to the NRL.you would never win a state election in Victoriania without promising to hand out money to the AFL
Gold Coast Suns get a $100m put into Carrara due to the Commonwealth Games. Hopefully most of that is due to temporary modifications to the stadium like a track around the stadium rather than a full on upgrade. AFLeeches
Yes we all know the AFL does this a million times better than the NRL. What is your point?this tosser boasts about handing them money

corruption and bribes is a good thing
spoken like a true Victorian fumbler
The fumblers certainly knew how to rip off Blacktown council and the Sate Govt, with their promises. Then they slithered off to Breakfast Creek, leaving the Blacktown ratepayers holding the baby.
They make the entitlement generation look like paupers.
No you just promise not to build a road the state needs and pay $1.2b to not build that road. Geniuses.you would never win a state election in Victoriania without promising to hand out money to the AFL
Yet you guys wish you had what we have - a city with brilliant stadiums that are easy to get to and usually more than half full. Which is what this thread is about. No you just promise not to build a road the state needs and pay $1.2b to not build that road. Geniuses.

Jealousy is a curse, and probably explains why every third post mentions the AFL or Victoria.
Re scheduling, we could go back to multiple games at the same time, but that’s going to mean a hit to the TV revenue. I’m not sure crowd revenue can make up the shortfall.
Stadiums. Plural.
