I took suitman to mean that the NSW govt has done a lot on the public infrastructure front, in particular public transport.

Great at the GC has built a light rail, but NSW is building far larger projects which shows the commitment to public transport.

Credit where credit is due in NSW. Infrastructure spending in NSW is going gangbusters.
