This 20 or 50 year or so deal the NRL signed with the NSW Government, when did it state ANZ would be completed and were any design specifics mentioned in this deal?

Penrith to Parra is a 35 Min trip with no tolls.
Population density is higher the further east you go, and once you get past Blacktown it thins out.
No government is building a 30k stadium where there is neither the population nor the events to service it

Penrith to Moore park is close to an hour and a half after you try and find a parking spot or longer when trying to leave.
Obviously that varies with the time of day and year

I know the trip well as my team played at the SFS for a number of seasons, but that is no reason to build a new stadium in Penrith!

Liverpool is in the Wests Junior Rugby League. Cabramatta play in the Parramatta Junior Rugby League.

Well concord sits in middle of home bush and Leichardt I guess lol. Campbelltown is the outlier.

Concord is fine if you consider Balmain and the original Wests heartland (Ashfield with a home ground at Lidcombe). But I find it really ridiculous to claim to be a Campbelltown team when your other grounds are currently a 50 minute trip (using multiple toll roads), or 60km away.

For reference, Sharks Leagues Club is 52km away and WIN Stadium in Wollongong are 58km away.

First graders would probably rather live near Concord.

Concord is central Sydney so it's probably better to attract juniors from anywhere, but it's in a crowded market.

Campbelltown is probably better if you want to double down on that isolated fairly strong nursery.

The rumour was that the Parramatta Tigers would have adopted Black and Gold. Yes, they would have been based at Parramatta, but they are now anyway. They currently can’t get an orange jersey past the Wests board.

and Wests...well at least they would have had a geographic identity. They would have been the team for south west Sydney. Canterbury to Bankstown to Liverpool to Campbelltown.
