4 different styles for the stadiums is a good thing.

I think it was on here sometime a while back that a few people mentioned one side couldn't be developed properly because of the sewage pipes , this was ages ago and long before there was any official mention of the re development or rebuild of Penrith Park.

Correct, in 2010 there was meant to be a double-sided stand built between Penrith Park and Howell Oval and beneath that area is where the main sewer line for the region is located

The last upgrade was going to be based on Gosford Stadium. The Sewage Pipes ruined that. What shape the open side takes is the Question. Someone mentioned Adelaide Oval. That would be an alright outcome.

As a Panthers fan I am neither pro or anti Hill. I just want something with its own unique touch. So this gets a tick from me

Can’t find where but they definitely said they’re realigning the stadium. It will be able to use up more of the space to the west of it.

Can see New Penrith being commbank but with the north end having lower tier seating then a widened walkpath than a grassy area.

So pretty much a Parra Adelaide hybrid.

Correct. That why the ground can't be moved enough to allow for the Road on the Northern side.

There is also talk of building on the paceway site which is rumoured to be sold off and moved to Menangle.

That and the golf driving range opposite Cable were rumoured but the tight timeframe will see neither get used

I used to think Manly was this massive, rich club when I was a kid.

As I got older I realised they were very small.

Manly were a rich club. Combination of the super League war, plus some leagues club renovations which did little to increase its revenue raising ability (namely a car park), had a negative impact on Manly's finances.

The NSW Cup needs to own regional cities like Central Coast, Newcastle and Wollongong so that there's a) strong pathways from juniors to the NRL and a b) content for the regional affiliate broadcasters that matters to the local people. Tweed Heads Seagulls should be playing in the NSW Cup alongside teams from Sydney that don't have an NRL team.

Anybody know why Tweed DON'T play in the NSW Cup? I mean, they're 50% Queensland so they can have them, but yeah.
