Waqa deserves it...top bloke.

O'Neill is too inconsistent and this contract will be the making of him...lot of pace but his defence needs work.

I think his stint in the centres has shown he is definitely a winger. Also for as much as i always hear about his speed he never seems to show it. He's like a lot of players who are supposedly fast in training but not on the field.

IMO it is a confidence thing with him...yes he is fast but does not back himself enough and does not have the upper body strength to get involved as much as he should.

Two phenoms on the Storms books

Tiaan Wilkins - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbsZYdp2RsM

Nelson Asofa-Solomona -

Im gobsmacked by how good NAS looks. Its like watching SBW in a much bigger body

Wilkins is the far better prospect imo
I know they after different ages and different positions.

NAS from all reputations is soft and lacks a bit of heart.
While a star in rugby, he has a background in league too.

Why do Melbourne? sign young kiwis then send them to play rugby in Brisbane.
How is that good for there development?

To me that's just a tight ass way of locking them up.
Getting rugby schools to give them scholarships.

Peter Wallace is looking for a new club...would be a good signing with Widdop going.

What role would he play? At the moment he barely looks like a 1st grader and he's mostly just an organiser which we don't really need. I guess if he was desperate and we got him on the cheap it could be ok.

Who knows maybe Bellamy could get him back to his best and he could be a smart buy.

Boy he is big. Exaxtly what we need near the try line. Go get Geoge. He can keep profitable the whole of Bridge Rd food outlets by himself.

You guys signed Cody Walker. He's been playing out of his skin this season, I'm surprised someone else didn't give him a go earlier. He won the QRL Best and fairest even after missing the first 8 weeks.

I've had the pleasure of watching him all year and if he can find his feet in the NRL he'll be a handy replacement for Widdop. If he doesn't get a run he can stay with Easts anyway :)

Cody could be awesome. What do you know about him and why hasn't any other team given him a chance yet?
He's from Northern NSW. Buggered his shoulder wrestling in preseason, so he was behind the rest. He was close to joining the Donkeys earlier in the year.

Played Under 20's for the Tit's but got in a bit of trouble with the law.

Why so few (if any) Victorians?

You have been around and successful for a while now. You should have more coming through.
