I've never been on Instagram. Worth signing up?

It’s a good place to stalk people if you’re into that lol.

I follow a lot of the penrith players and the club, gives you another look at them but there’s nothing special on there. I saw a video of the guys at the arcade, it’s a very young team most these guys are still playing fifa everyday going by their instagrams! Haha

I might give it a miss. Crazy to think I've been watching football since before they were born.

I might be getting ahead of myself, but with the Kikau news today, other recent long term re-signings, having seen how the team has performed on the field this year, and with the incredible juniors we have coming through, it has difficult to form any other conclusion than that our club is becoming very strong, is very well managed and is headed in the right direction.

Rebuilding since the darkness of the Elliot days has been a slow process (probably even longer than Gould expected), but I think now the club is now close to being in the position that Gould wanted it to be.

If we can re-sign JFH, we are going to have one of the strongest (if not the strongest) packs in the comp for a number of years. That is based just on this year’s performances when these guys haven’t even all hit their peaks yet. Imagine a year relatively injury free with those guys what we could do.

Provided we have a good half or two behind that pack you’d have to think we will be title contenders for a number of years.

I follow them for the banter the team have between each other on there. There's a running joke that Kaide Ellis is appropriately a 33 year old veteran nearing the end of the his career because how much older he looks compared to all the other young guys.

Tyrone May does a lot of it.

Rebuilding can be slow but if the juniors keep flowing then we are set for many many years to come

So what does the negative figures mean? I apologize for my confusion, and questions.

It's ok I'm pretty bad at Maths. Here's an example.

Jeff plays 10 games and makes 110 tackles

John plays 10 games and makes 110 tackles

John plays 10 games and makes 110 tackles

Peter plays 10 games and makes 70 tackles

Peter is -25% in tackle attempts

Got it. Thanks.

I think the overall rating on those statistics is a bit questionable. So far as I can understand the formula that has been used for the overall rating, conceding a penalty is worth far more (twice as much in fact) as missing a tackle.

Interesting to see the ratings for individual metrics like missed tackles, but I don’t think the overall rating is that useful.

I do think Keiran Hipgrove is a better forward than this analysis suggests. He's had his issues with the refs but he's a goer, which is why Brennan picks him.
