surely Wayne goes hard for Munster and Walsh? lands one of them and he is instantly in a better position then Newcastle.

Knights wont make Top 4 with Ponga whilst he is there and 100% guarantee he breaks contract to leave the Knights at some point.

No way Munster stays at Storm. Dolphins can pay the most so you would think they go there.

Atleast Api and Kiks got sorted early so it didn't drag on

The Bulldogs are now last. They discarded Keiran Foran, Morgan Harper and Reimus Smith. Guess what they all became regular starters for top 4 clubs add Nick Meaney 5 games this year from a possible 6. Their replacements Braiden Burns Brent Naden are they better than Harper and Smith no way. Thats part of their problem they cant keep the right players.

In a funny kind of way that makes it easier. Both players were offered HUGE money by the dogs and W/T.

I don't blame any player taking the money and running, especially when it's done in a timely manner, like both of these were.

For us Panther fans, it's part of life. We can't keep them all.

I personally struggle with the continual circus that surrounds the Ponga's both young and old.

It gets tiring real fast.

Can't keep them all but an elite hooker is pretty important

I have ALWAYS rated Charlie Staines but with the emergence of Taylan May who is yet unsigned for next year the powers that be may consider releasing Charlie at the end of the season.

This is a fascinating read: Almost 30 juniors across the NRL and ESL that were developed by Penrith Panthers.

Showing the costs involved too:

Having Suali in there is a stretch along with a few others, but that said there is no denying the work the club does is top notch.

When a list like this is prepared......there are always some that folks may question.

Cook in 2010 and 2011 played under 20's for Penrith. So in my opinion he qualifies. Money was spent on coaching him during that time (junior development)

Suali until the age of 12 played rugby league in the Penrith district for the Glenmore Park brumbies.

Both players mentioned had money spent on their by Penrith Panthers in some shape or form.
