If no one backs up I'd run like this:

DWZ
Crichton
Blake
Whare
Phillips
Luai
Wallace
JFH
Katoa
Merrin
May
CHN
Yeo

Egan
Tamou
Kikau
Ellis

Though you'd think Peachey would get limited Minutes in SOO

I would probably pick may over luai as he has a lot more experience and has played games under pressure.

May in backrow gives us the chance to play a 5/8th either side of the ruck. May would be the 1st half picked if we only need one

My 21 would be:

1. Dwz
2. Crichton
3. Whare
4. Blake
5. Philips
6. Luai
7. Wallace
8. Mez
9. Katoa
10. JFH
11. Yeo
12. CHN
13. May

14. Egan
15. Kikau
16. Ellis
17. Tamou

18. Maloney
19. Cleary
20. RCG
21. Peachey

Really outside of where we use players the roster picks itself. Depending on who backs up though it could change alot.

Personally I would rest Maloney if all were fine to play. If they are let May have a run at 6 with Cleary. I would consider it for after Origin 3 also. Help keep him fresher for finals. Maloney is much older than the others and played far more minutes than them already too.

They've only played May at 1,6 and 7 in his 3 games in Cup.
Can't see him been used as a backrower but see your point

We'd have Wallace, Katoa, Egan, Luai and May but are short a forward. So one of them needs to play forward

Luai to prop.

Seriously though May to 13 or back row is the logical choice here I'm guessing? He can play as an extra 6 on the field with a good running game?

Katoa can play in the forwards
I think the club having played Luai & May together in Cup last week and resting both this week is the direction there heading

That works for the Warriors game when Hetherington and possibly Leota are back. We need the forward help atm

I was thinking that. Luai attacks one side May the other with Wallace controlling the middle good thing is the bye this week. We can try stuff at training over 2 weeks
