Never heard of the writer. A bit hate against us. Probably Rothfiled's love child.

A lot of rubbish there and a few bold claims to get click bait.

Throwing shit at a dartboard and seeing what sticks.

There will be as many articles that will say Penrith are top 4 certainties and premiership favourites.

I agree Peachey is a loss but I think in Luai we have a replacement with similar unpredictability.
Luai will turn out to be a better, more consistent player. Ppl (and the f/wit media) have to be mindful that the club didn't want to let Peach go. The Tits shook more money at him than Penrith could afford. And I'm glad he has gone to the GC, as he'll be a huge asset for their re-building.

Apart from the Panthers winning another comp, there's nothing I'd like to see more than the Titans become a force. I think it will happen.

So continuing on my earlier posts about the Australian school boys at the club. I just finished watching the second school boys academy match, which Australia lost if you don't know.
The big Polynesian prop, Ratu has some good footwork for his size. He seems like one of those Islander boys who has to work ridiculously hard to get rid of his fat but manages to have a decent (for his age) motor and some degree of agility regardless. England caused a lot of trouble down his age and he did a fair few covering tackles which is impressive for a prop. I think coaches will ask him to slim down a lot if to have a chance of first grade. But he might end up being one of guys who plays better when he's fat like Fifita or Kasino. It's hard to say because even the elite rap school boy game isn't as fast paced as first grade (though it's closer than reserve grade) but despite his size he never really got lazy in defense.

The other prop, Tanner has a massive motor. Plays pretty tough, kinda reminds me of less grubby version of Josh Mcguire (though that may be the thing he wears around his head). An England player tossed the ball after the hooker get held up over the line and Tanner jogged over and picked it up to get play started quickly to not give England a rest. Shows a lot of character to that quickly when you're tired and have done so much hard work in the middle already, some footy smarts too. Watching the game I'm willing to bet he made the most metres out of any Australian forward, was also one of two Australian forwards briefly praised by the extremely bias English commentators which says something.

I f**king hate how they edit all the classic matches to 60mins. Even with a whole channel dedicated to rugby league we still get shat on so often.
Yeah, the '03 edit is the worse I've seen. The clock goes from 5 minutes to about 20 in the blink of an eye. Still nil all at that stage, but that's when the game was won- absorbing all the head high shoulder charges from the "benchmark" grubs.

I remember that. Morley using Martin Lang’s head for target practice on more than one occasion.

Thankfully Lang (along with the the rest of the team) had the last laugh.

I wonder if the Panthers v Broncos 1990 game is either the regular season or semi-final?

Both games were great and resulted in Penrith wins, though I remember the semi-final game when Channel 10’s Bill Anderson said during that match that it was the game when Greg Alexander came of age.
