well my naive kiwi friend it actually means ''lot's of laughs'',nothing better than an aussie coming to the rescue of a kiwi crying out for help!!!!

you will have to learn the jargon talk,as for myself i also did'nt have a clue around 8 months ago either,i've even learnt to paste recently,you just worry about the lingo talk first topaz before you even attempt hi tech stuff such as attachments.

Topaz, I lived with a couple of Kiwis for a few years. I ended up visitiung the place (South Island). I love 'em. Great people. Just as long as they shut up about football....... LOL

Oz Bash: Oz tag is similar to touch footy. Except you wear shorts with velcro on the sides, strips are attached to these via the velcro, when these are torn off you are "tackled". It is a very similar game to touch but it's better. I'm surprised it hasn't taken hold in NZ yet

This is easily amongst my 2 or 3 favourite threads since I joined. It gives you a slight idea what other members are like, and I love the way it's not too personal.
With 130 or so replies though, doesanyone know if everyone, or close to, has contributed here? Is there many yet to contribute?

It's just good to know what team and sport a members favours, so as when you spek with them, because as you well know not everyones user name identifies what team they support.

4.) What other sporting activities / pastimes do you take part in ? - I attend Uni ATM studying Human Anatomy &amp; Physiology. I use to play touch-footy once, but unfortunately studying and time restrictions have put a halt to that. I try to trainregularly in the gym. How I'm able towatch and follow so many sports, and yet somehow still get decent grades at Uni still baffles me and many others.

5.) What's your main non- sporting activity ? - Family, girlfriend, going to the footyand studies.

6.) Any other other comments about yourself ? - Not until we get to know each other a lot better

Any comments about this Forum ? - I've been reading for about two weeks now, as I was originally introduced by a couple of friend from Uni, and it seems like a friendly and comfortable little room. I like the variety of sports and topics discussed thus far and hope to see it continue. Mum always said "If you don't have anything intelligent to say .. than don't say anything at all" - I'll most definately take that on board here, as I don't want to make a fool of myself with the number of intelligent posters that frequent.
