FFS United. If you win the league this year it would have to be the worst defense in PL history to win the league. Only 7 teams have let in more goals than you. That's atrocious. And yet you're winning by 7 points. Defies all logic.

And if we didn't give you RVP you'd be struggling to make the top 4.

I call bullshit. Rooney has one poor game and suddenly the knives are out? Mind you, it is the Daily Fail we're talking about.

Would have been nice if we'd wrapped it up much sooner. I was certain they were going to arse a late equaliser the way the game was going.

Well just seen the United - West ham game..

Welbeck looked good and when he gets more consistency in his game will go great.

Cleverly is coming along nicely.

Evans will be the best CB in the world inside the next 5 years. Awesome player, just got to finish his development. Outplayed Vidic by miles today.

Kagawa i'm giving time as he is just back from injury. He needs to learn he isn't in the Bundesliga any more though. He will get kicked and the game is faster. I thought he was rubbish today.

RvP. If i was an arsenal fan i'd be butthurt losing him. Awesome goal.

Ferdinand and Vidic have been the best CB pairing in the PL for a while now. Evans has been better than both this season (though injury has a bit to do with that, obviously).

Ferdinand is getting past it, almost any self-respecting ManU fan can seen that - he has been for a few seasons now.
Vidic has been ravaged by injury, again, no surprise there.

Evans isn't even the best CB in the EPL, not even close. To say he would be anywhere close to the best CB in the world in 5 years makes me laugh. He's 25. How much more is he going to grow?

It's not even the prediction that irks me. It is the "will be", like it is an obvious statement of fact, when it quite clearly isn't.

I could tell you why your wrong, but i'll just get a wall of text filled with wrongness back and i can't be bothered with it.

Wow. This is so funny.

I know nothing about the game? Yet I am criticizing a prediction you've made justifiably - because there a lot of better young CBs in the world than Evans. And anyone with a brain who actually watches football will tell you that. You know, they are from those "small leagues" in Germany, Spain and the like.

That, and your track record is horrible. Let us see;

*Ozil will struggle without Diego (Ozil is now one of the world's best AMs)
*Nani is better than Bale (the latter is being courted by Real Madrid and Barcelona, the former struggles to crack his own first team)
*Jonny Evans is better than Pique (the latter is regarded by some as the best CB in the world, having won the UCL and La Liga, the World Cup and many others numerous times, the former will never come close)
*City will collapse (City won the EPL)

I'm missing quite a few too - those are only the big ones that I recall.

Like before, you always resort to giving up in the argument after anyone who actually watches football calls you out on your constant, laughably biased opinions. You have nothing. Hence why I stopped bothering to argue with you on the Nani/Bale debate, because there was literally no point to discussing it with someone of your bias. Even if Bale signs for Barcelona and wins the Ballon 'dor (not that I feel the latter would happen, but unlike with Nani, the former is a very real possibility), you would still be preaching about how Nani "shows more" or something along those lines.

So, pray tell why Evans will be the best CB in the world in 5 years, when he isn't even close to being near players such as Subotic, Pique, Lovren and so on, who are all in his age bracket. Pique is the same age as Evans! What the hell makes you think Evans will be better than him? Will Evans ever crack a team as good as Spain? No! He would struggle to make the first team at Spurs, how is that a player that will supposedly (and your words indicated it was definite) be the best CB in the world inside 5 years when they are already 25? I'll take Vertonghen over him any day; cheaper, less prone to stupid mistakes, more consistent and a better player overall. Am I going to crow about how he will be the best CB in the world in 5 years? Nope. Because unlike you, I can actually look at my own club's players fairly in regards to others for the most part.
You are smoking some seriously red dust.

Well that showed me. A nice wall of text full of wrongness.

Just give up and take your dribble to the main soccer forum. If you post something relevant i'lll respond.

FYI though, Nani is injured, just got back into training. I' m sure you knew that though, you been such an expert on all things football of course...

Cheers.

I am aware by the way. Even when he wasn't injured, he still struggled to make the side.

He got injured playing in the champs league side so he was playing for us.

He has also suffered from a radical formation change with doesn't involve playing wingers.

Lastly and most important he won't sign a new contract (some disagreement about what he is worth), hence he is shopped around at the moment.

When fit and being a good boy he is a first teamer, easy.

I think he's as consistent as poop. Mind you, Valencia and Young aren't always crash hot either.

Young is slowly getting better. He still needs to show more of his Villa form though.

Valencia is a hand brake at the moment. He has totally lost his confidence and i don't know if he is going to get it back.

Nani will find a spot in the team no problems if he sorts out his contract.

He a a streky kind of player though. He can look out of form then suddenly it just clicks and he becomes the best winger in the world again. Hopefully this will happen sooner rather than later.

Obviously its all relative and we are talking about the best team in England. Anyone of the team would walk into almost any other side in the country.

Um, WireMan... Cristiano Ronaldo (merkin that he is) says "hi".

Not to mention Ribery, Robben, Di Maria, Pedro, Sanchez, Hulk, Hazard, etc....

As far as ManU players walking into teams, it's essentially the same with Spurs, Chelsea or Arsenal. ManCity has the best roster, though ManU are definitely playing the best.

I don't see him as a winger anymore. He is more of a forward now.

I though about them. I'd have Nani above them all.

Nah, very few Spurs (Bale is the only one) or Arsenal (all the good 'uns have gone) would walk into the Manc teams.

City have the biggest roster which is why they are good in a league but not so good in the champs league
