I said I was lost for words before and Im still amazed on what's happened tonight.

Just watching the press conference with BA and Gutho they had the right attitude tonight and came there to win

Outstanding performance in the end. The cowboys threw everything at them. I reckon they had more possession, more metres gained and more time in our half but we defended for everything. Never gave up. Absolutely brilliant

I thought at 20 12 behind, they wouldn't come back, but to me what turned it around was when Campbell Gillard came on put a big shot on the Cowboys forward. Had a big run then scored. You can see it in his face he was pumped up and lifted the team. He's one of the best signings in history.

Gutho was outstanding. But Shaun Lane? wow. Sign him for life, he was outstanding. Man of the match for sure.

I can see in Arthurs face he wants to smile but knows theres work to do.

I haven't been this happy for a long time. Brilliant. I'm a bit emotional at the moment, whatever happens next week I'm absolutely proud of the boys.

I'm not crying you're crying 🥲

Just some random thoughts:

Gutherson was outstanding, like I said he is the best bang for buck player in the NRL. And as @parra pete said probably our best signing since Ray Price especially if we win next week.

Lane, RCG and Matterson were amazing out there. Lane is the most improved player in the comp and whatever he is on, it's unders.

Huge kudos to Moses for putting the team before cutting an umbilical cord. Thats stuff is overrated anyway. :)

Simonnson did a great job at centre, however I'd still prefer Opačić at centre. Simonsson probably deserves a bench spot before Jake Arthur, but it won't happen and I couldn't give a f**k anymore.

I think I'd rather play Souths, I think they may be busted and I'd be very surprised if they beat Penrith tomorrow night.

I liked that BA and Gutherson were not too excited at the presser. The job isn't done yet.

You take care. Children are as resilient as our defence in the last 15 min.

I just finished watching the entire replay on Kayo.

I don't think we were that bad at all, tbh - we dropped silly passes in the first half, but looked composed, and professional.

And when the Cowboys were throwing the kitchen sink at us in the second half, we stood tall.

I've never been prouder to be an Eel - what a game!

TBF it’s very different watching a replay knowing we won xx

Very, very true.

It was a nail-biter, and I won't say that it wasn't tense.

But I thought we played quite well; we made some dumb errors in the first half, and lacked a bit of communication in defence, but overall, the professionalism, the desire, and the attitude was spot on.
