One thing: Whether or not he is charged, is Greg bird still eligible for the Dally M? He's had a standout season.

He hasn't played nearly well enough, and no he wouldn't. Dally M takes weeks off for suspension, whether judiciary or club enforced.

That's morally wrong. If he's innocent in the eyes of the law and has incurred no justified NRL penalty/susension, he should be eligible.

Ah ok, a domestic dispute that ended in eye surgery and lifetime scarring. Yep definitely blown out of all proportion.

You need to think about that statement, because it is pretty stupid.
