perhaps Milligan would be making a staement now if bird had not been charged.
there would be no need for her statement if he was not charged

but she sustained severe facial injuries

they will not say how this happened

he was charged

so no one thinks milligan is responsible for her injuries - who would be then?

That would be bird, spider - I for one won't be crying when they send him to the big house. Of course there are more guilty people that get let off than innocent people who get locked up....

if he is guilty for lying to police
does that make her guilty too?

It was an accident during a fight...he may have caused the injury but ...
If he glassed her in the face on purpose I will eat my hat.

what i want to know is, did he make a false statement to police or someone else like hospitl staff?

if it was hospital staff, can the police use that against him?

all we have heard is the sms he sent to his mate.
doesnt mean he made a false statement.

if he has made a false statement, then so be it.

There are many ways this accidentially could have happened. You honestly believe that Bird plunged the glass into her face in the true 'glassing' sense.

You are not the sharpest tool in the shed are you CB?

what i think he was trying to say is, to glass someone is to deliberately throw or smash a glass on someone.

there is no accident there.

Allegedly spoke to hospital staff first, they called police, Bird then spoke with them.

Would need statements off hospital staff. Usually dont like to get too involved.

A lot of it will come down to he said she said type thing, what notes police made, did Bird or Milligan sign their notebook etc

You love this pervert the course of justice one dont you Gunna. I dont think there will be more any more charges, other than the assault changes. The false accusations and public mischief more than cover Bird's alleged actions after the incident. Thats the reason for examining his phone. Need the records to help prove the offence. And yes Watson will be a witness.
if the cap fits wear it. my understanding is he and possibly another cooked up a false story about this watson character being the culprit. if thats correct and the turth is watson had nothing to do with it what do you think bird's intention was?

there is a case now before the courts involving a woman who made false statements about a speeding ticket issued to a well known former judge. guess what she is charged with? and that is over a traffic fine.

easily.
Throw it at a wall and she gets hit by shrapnel.

That is why I reckon he didn't glass her.
To me glassing is when you stick someone with a broken beer bottle.

I have a chipped tooth.
I did it to myself with a golf ball...
I was chipping the ball into a cardboard box, after about 50 attempts I got it in.
I hit the box with my club the ball flew out and chipped my tooth.
I doubt I could ever do it again no matter how many times I tried.

well, f**k wit, many ppl r saying throwing it at a wall, would it cause a facial fracture

i have been glassed, there is no accident about it, if he did "throw it at a wall" say it, then this wouldnt of happened

i dont believe he grabbed her and smashed her face with it, as it causes more damage

but its more than a " here honey while your doin the washin up take my glass **tosses in the air hits a wall** f**k, sorry babe, it was an accident"

cb4 there was no facial fracture.

It was reported as such, and for quite a while, but there was none.

maybe it was a vase.

No facial fracture. Established pages ago.
Like I said, not the sharpest tool.
In defence of Cb4 the media are still saying fractured but they are using the ''alleged'' loophole to do it.
....but yes it was brought to light weeks ago that there is no fracture.
