lol lets get some upper case in there.
well like I said ..my brother had a pretty little girlfiend once upon a time.
She was a fuggen nutjob and would totally lose it...and was more than capable of doing lots worse than this to herself and him.
So anything is possible.....plus it is my natural suspicious streak to distrust all seppo's.:sarcasm:
Millers, the charges will not be dropped.
if it went to trial and bird was found noty guilt after all facts and testimony is submitted then i would assume he was innocent
if at this stage the police were to drop charges due to the girlfreind refusing to testify then i would conclude that she has a settlement and doesnt want the embarassment of a court case
therefor bird would be guilty
as gregos has said it is not uncommon for such cases to be dropped
and we do know one thing - the girl was assaulted
Regardless of whether Bird beats the charge, this filth around the club is not acceptable. I won't be taking my kids to Shark Park whilst he is playing.
Yeah ill take 25 years in goal just so you can play football :roll:Would you take the rap for your brother if it meant saving his career & if it was indeed an accident or even self inflicted?
with due respect sam we are all aware of assault charges being dropped
even domestic ones
Guilty until proven inoccent in your eyes the.
For those proclaiming birds innocence, why did he try and get a "mate" to take the blame?
Theres a few posters on here who sound like bulldog supporters when the whole Coffs Harbour affair hit the news.
