Depends, you can easily get a reaction. I have not had to use Botox, but a few of my friends have and a few of them have had swelling/bruising a few days after. It is not rare so to speak. It is one of the common side effects of Botox (short term). Also depends on the amount of Botox used- i.e whether there was more than 1 session in a short space of time.

I personally think the botox story is pretty much bullsh*t, but hey I could be wrong. By the looks of her the black eyes could be the result of a broken nose. The black eyes aren't that bad and she does have some kind of cut or scratch on her nose.

Around the eyes/cheekbone. There was bruising that looked like a black eye in one of them. As I said, it is not uncommon for swelling/bruising to look like black eyes if you get too much Botox in those areas in a short space of time.
