The GI saga was created by News Limited and their anti Souths agenda due to the mutli millions they lost in their court battle against us. If they are not careful, Souths will have them back in court with an even stronger case against them and the financial muscle to back it up. IMO if Souths take the NRL to court, for the good of the game we should kick Souths out of the comp.

Souths have great membership and crowd numbers and we were the only profitable club in Sydney this year, we're going nowhere...except to the top of the ladder.

Souths are not being treated unfairly. They are being told that the rules apply to them and are in effect threatening to act as a vexatious litigant - so in those circumstances yes they deserve to "go to jail".

If Souths don't like the rules, they are free to start their own comp. They could call it Rusty League, and Souths could play the Orana Valley Axemen every year for the Rusty Ball.

Funny how you lot were all fine with the salary cap when it was helping to keep you alive (and from falling further behind the rest) - but now you have some coin, you want to challenge it in court.

Souths are like a life long dole bludger who wins lotto, and then whinges that his taxes are too high because of people on welfare.
