So Souths exercising our legal right to take a matter to court is grounds for kicking a team out of the comp?
If it means you stop posting here, I am all for it.
So macavity, if at some point in your miserable life you feel you've been treated unfairly by someone and you take them to court, should that be grounds to put you in jail?
Souths are not being treated unfairly. They are being told that the rules apply to them and are in effect threatening to act as a vexatious litigant - so in those circumstances yes they deserve to "go to jail".
If Souths don't like the rules, they are free to start their own comp. They could call it Rusty League, and Souths could play the Orana Valley Axemen every year for the Rusty Ball.
Funny how you lot were all fine with the salary cap when it was helping to keep you alive (and from falling further behind the rest) - but now you have some coin, you want to challenge it in court.
Souths are like a life long dole bludger who wins lotto, and then whinges that his taxes are too high because of people on welfare.
