Problem is our corrupt Governments (Council, State, Federal) take the kick backs and party payements from the greedy developers to line their pockets. Hence John SIMON has piers of his new house going in to the water in Sydney Harbour to support that house thats bigger than Cronulla Leagues. Why didn't they just let him build over the top of pinchgut. Cecil got the same treatment come to think of it, as did Cronulla Workers and every other block of land with any chance of a view in Cronulla.
Damn shame.
