I think we shoul just look for a half, I really think with a good half morts will be alot better

Mortimer is absolutely useless - and always will be.
He`s like the guy in a big office building who spends all day going from floor to floor with a piece of paper in his hand - he looks busy, but .....

puh-lease.....no offense but i want to vomit
they are terrible, particularly Sandow, he takes horrible options

And he also does some brilliant things. He`s a hundred and fifty two trillion times better than what we have now.

We have Marmin Barba Brad murray and Humble-There our only options for this year.Barba maybe a little to small at this stage.Once Hayne contract is almost over Barba should be ready and if Hayne doesnt deicde to stay we will have a realy good player for the future.
If mitchel can step up while MK is out we could move Mcguire to halfback or MK to 5/8 as the only other options.
Maybe im the only one who liked morts at hooker last year-Dont rule him out there yet either...

Morts is SLOWLY improving, Robson is just staying the same. I would love a dominant halfback to play alongside Morts.

I'd give him until the end of this year and that is all. After 3 years in first grade he hasn't proven he's a 5'8th at first grade level then it's time to cut him lose. Can't persevere with a bloke forever no matter how committed they are to improve. If they don't have it they don't have it. Baby steps for Morts aren't really good enough after 2 seasons in first grade.

I agree. If he's not a first grader by the end of the year he deserves the arse.

But I'm happy with how he's improved so far.

I honestly think Mortimer would be a good Fullback in the preson campbel fold (just a lot less skillful). He is a good support player and a quality runner of the ball but his not creative and that has always been my issue because neither is Robson.

With Mortimer it is almost always 2 step forwards and 1 step back, he may do something good but then the next week reverts back to the old uncreative player and it makes me think its not natural for him.
