Hasler's comments on the ref

If Hasler's comments are suggesting such collusion, then why weren't Toovey's words "maybe I should have little meetings like some other coaches do" met with a breach notice?

It's hypocritical of the NRL and I hope that forms part of the basis of the 'Dogs submission.

FMD... generalisations that attack the public confidence? Nobody does a better job of that than the refs themselves with their absolutely bewildering decisions week in, week out.

Bill Harrigan is especially guilty, every time he makes a comment public confidence is eroded.

Official view from our game:

Bulldogs v Knights
What did you make of the penalty against the Knights in the 78th minute due to a non-tackle call?

This was a very harsh penalty against Newcastle. It should have just been play-on.

Of all the f**king wrong calls in our game against the Knights that SOB Harrigan picks up on the voluntary tackle, albeit it should not have been a penalty. Why didn't he shed light on the penalty on the last for the so called strip or the supposed knock on from Barba where he could have ran the length of the field.

the recorded version just played on foxsports:

Referee 1 whilst Inu taking conversion.."WOW Newcastle haven't had the ball...this game may change very quickly".

Referee 2: "very true"

Good to hear the Fox boys finally air publicly what we've all been saying about that cretin Suttor.

1) It's an attack on the integrity of the game.
2) It will deter anyone from being an official
3) Its just a massive whinge from a noted whinger pushing his own agenda to the detriment of the sport itself.
in response:

1) isn't the integity of the game attacked when we choose to overlook officiating that is determining outcomes and influencing winners?
2) i dont buy into that. the papers can come out and have a full page article on a ref, a bit of a blast from a coach is minimal.
3) i think this has blurred your perspective. he is making good points. if your concerned about the integrity of the game, surely its a concern when the refs collaborate projecting what's about to happen for the next 20 minutes? its huge.

What is this, Burgo's catchphrase where we all recite irrelevant team catchphrases?

Bought not bred.

The irony of a Moanly fan telling another team they're having a whinge is simply staggering

It has been Bulldogs culture for many years to influence officials and games where they benefit, just look back at their salary cap rorts, their Coffs Harbour promotion of rugby league and Ryan Tandy to name only a few, and their supporters who would rather be chucking IEDs than waving flags!

Oh look, a typical Shire racist.

Hasler did nothing wrong and should not have been fined. How about fining the refs for making unacceptable comments like that during the game.

It would be like a judge in the middle of a trial going "gee the prosecution is doing well but the defence is about to get in there and shit will change".

They're refs, they're not f**king commentators and both should be sacked and Haslers fine should be revoked.

Suttor should be sacked regardless. The way he treats players is reprehensible.

Suttor is a joke. I can half-tolerate most of the other referees but Suttor is just on another level of stupid
