Well if the Tigers haven't released him, there's nothing the Dragons can do. I doubt it, because then why would they announce the Dragons signing? This whole thing is stupid and it will be better for both teams if it's resolved tomorrow.

Humphries blew up about it as they announced it on the day of the Tigers/Eels game, and he said he had no knowledge of the news, however I think it was Liam Fulton (maybe a few other players too), said they knew Tim was leaving for St George a few days before the announcement was made.
