Bullshit. Good luck to him, but I couldn't care less about a guy who has a good season once every 4 years or so.
Coming from someone who obviously watches one season every four years.

Yeah. How'd Parra go in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013?
Don't think that's a reflection on Hayne, it's a reflection on his teammates.
Personally I hope he makes it and does well as I think it would benefit the NRL in the long run.You could well be right, but what he does bring to the table is unpredictability (whether that is suited to a structured sport like NFL is another story). Defenders will be defending him much like they do every other player with 15 years NFL experience, but Hayne wont play like that (because he doesn't have the experience to do so). Could be a revelation, could be a bust. I'm backing bust, but i'll enjoy watching him have a crack.
Arena football is really minor here. It would be like him playing in a league below NSW cup. If he's going to bang bodies and risk injury at least get paid for it be it union, NRL, ESL.If he doesn't make it he could always have a crack at Arena Football.
What a waste of talent and time.
Hayne, will probably end up in Union anyhow.
Here is a great idea, players who leave the code should be forced to rejoin the NRL at the club who receives the wooden spoon. So normally Parra.
I live in Seattle and the Komo4 prime time news just reported that Hayne is back in Seattle visiting the Seahawks and supposedly looking at contracts. It was kinda a shock to see it on the news here. They ran his nrl highlights package (again referring to him as a rugby star) and all seemed pretty excited. He is most def on the Hawks radar..
Hayne should bat at number 3 for Australia and replace Watto.
