Have you watched the highlights Alien put up for us
The kid has it all, speed ,step, power ,positioning ,offloads and some great defence
He looks like a serious serious strike player ( more so than D Walker ??)
Yep I have.

I just want to see more of him.

He has to prove himself.

When Doyen showed me highlights of Millard I thought Geez he would be good. Look at how bad he was.

A little highlights video doesn't prove much to me sorry.

But I will say it's up to Burns to put his head down. The potential is there.

I'd play Jennings at Norths at first. He has to prove himself.

I don't think Cherrington makes our best side.

Clark and Goodwin will be there, as will Turner.
I totally disagree I think without those 3 the side would be stronger,we are moving ahead not going backwards

My best 17 is pretty similar to a lot of others.

1. Inglis (c)
2. Johnston
3. Hunt
4. Gray
5. Goodwin/Byrnes
6. Walker
7. Reynolds
8. G.Burgess
9. Farah
10. Musgrove
11. Turner (will improve a lot this season imo)
12. Sutton
13. S.Burgess

14. Cook
15. Clark
16. Crichton
17. T.Burgess

I reckon this is a great side. It is a lot more balanced and has a good mix of young and old. Our foward pack is looking more like the 2014 pack and we have some nice strike power out wide especially if Gray plays in the centres which is a MUST. Goodwin is my first choice winger because although he may be slowing down he is very reliable and I reckon he was going well this season before he was injured. He has also proven that he can still score tries. However, if Byrnes/Jennings perform better in the trials they should take that wing spot for Round 1. I won't mind either way.

he was going well in the centres, but not really when he was on the wing

Agreed highlights videos don't mean squat.

Gotta go with the experienced players first then bleed in the youngsters, especially if they've only played 20s.

For me Jennings is the only exception as he's played both NRL and NSW Cup so he has what it takes, just needs to get over some injuries. I personally think he could take the vacant wing spot sometime throughout the season.

Hunt and Jennings both play on the right side Alien

My first post. That's how excited i am with the young players we now have to filter into our top side.

1. Greg Ingless. from the get go, best man for job.

2. Tyrel Faoloumou. Please excuse my spelling but this kid a monster who will scare the crap out his opposing winger.

3. Kamel Hunt. This guy smiles as he slames back rowers.

4 Aaron Gray. His time has come, we know he will deliver pain to those who dare get in his way.

5. Alex Johnson or another monster in young Jennings.

6. Cody Walker. Not convinced but until a young gun sticks hand up, Cody will continue to grow.

7. Adam Renalds. He owns his position and will dominate from now on.

8. Sam Burgess. Best front row in the game & even though he is also a class lock we need him up front and personal with the big boys.

9. Robbey Farrah . With Sam whispering in his ear watch him make tired forwards look ordinary and our halves look outatanding.

10. Tom Burgess. For no real reason at all Tom can follow his big brother and then step off for his monster twin or not?

11, 12, 13. This is where the hard workers must stand up. Nothing over lowering. Thants for the props. These guys need to blot the opposition out of the game. Sutton, Turner and any combo of about 5 or 6 greaT players. Also special mention for to Zane Musgrove...

11, John Sutton. Experience abd the ability to change a game with a deft pass or kivk.

12. Kyle Turner. The lad has the balls to fight back fron a serious neck injury. He deserves first dibs but must know there is a stack of guys waiting in the lobby.

13. My opinion only but in today's game it is about the most important position on the field. I'd leave it up for grabs to fought or by all back rowers. Rochow would be my first guess but with no certainty at all A ball playing big but mobile guy is who i woulf be looking for.

That's fair enough.

Cook should start and Farah should play for the Bears, Goodwin isn't the answer on the wing Bears for him as well

I know it's u20's but i was impressed with Burns in the Holden Cup final. I believe we have a player there.
I can relate to what some people are suggesting about AJ, I feel he needs to contribute more to the side than he does, especially if he is to one day become our fulltime FB.

I agree totally ,hope he gets his opportunity early on and goes off
I would definitely Prefer to see Fuiomono byrnes Jennings / rochow cherrington etc get a shot instead of Bryson Clark or Turner .Why recruit young guns and leave the older plodders ?? Doesn't make sense ,we already have gi Sam Sutton reyno farah as older experienced heads
Bring on the young bulls I say if they're up for it let em rip in go the bunnies
