After all the bile hatred and abuse you've flung around this sub forum, Rabbitohs and WT forums this is your statement ?


Over the past week you've basically blamed the Clearys, Penrith Panthers for everything negative that happened in the world for the last 100 years. Why not blame the Cleary for the assisination of JF Kennedy and Harold Holt's drowning whilst your at it.

You've made cruel remarks about Nathan Clearys physical appearance. Something which I can assure you he has no control over.

If the truth be known Silverdale You're the person who has been BULLYING everyone associated with Penrith Panthers.

Some may say 'don't take the bait' etc But by keeping quiet as a group we are allowing Silverdale free reign to say basically what ever he like without recourse.

That time for me has stopped.

This weekend especially Silverdale has been anything but 'lighthearted'. Silverdale late last night made some serious allegations again various Penrith Players...(not May) about the sex scandal and other things.

I felt by saying nothing: it could be seen that I was (almost) agreeing with these allegations:

There’s now a number of high profile media people and Brandy speaking out against all manner of unsavoury events post gf.

I think the club should issue a statement condemning and distancing itself from these matters.

The stony cold silence of the Panther power brokers raises inferences of tolerance, support and complicity in some very anti social behaviour of their players.

Their lack of action only adds to people’s impressions that the club is not very nice.

When enough people arrive at that conclusion, sponsors and other people start to be concerned about perceptions regarding their association with the club.

The dogs lost a major sponsor due to stupidity, but they had that press conference etc.

The Panthers may think it will wash away in the fullness of time, but by not addressing it, they are leaving themselves exposed to criticism.

This policy of denial appears parochial, selfish and insular.

For Brandy to come out says a lot.

I’d be more than happy to draft the press release but I think the ceo and Ivan should front the media. Clean the mess up, put good images in people’s minds and try to dig their way out of it.

Hadley, kenty etc wield a lot of power whether anyone like them or not and a lot of people will be unduly upset.

I might do a model press release tonight and post it up here to help distraught Panther fans appreciate where I think the club can help itself.

Breaking the trophy shows a certain recklessness, but the way around that could be to improve it.

Each player to donate a sum to repair and embellish it with titanium and graphene so it could theoretically survive a nuclear attack.

The nrl were lucky that in the partying fracas someone didn’t lose it altogether or it avoided being used as a safety to jack up a players skyline turbo or something.

Kiks should do a few months with Souths Cares and in their charity work.

Make something good out of the bad.

Well there’s no redemption per the May outburst other than a very significant and substantial donation to womens refuges and domestic violence causes as a start. Those players who liked his post should also be fined and the cash straight into similar causes.

Tyrone could be warned off the club and games etc for a year as a statement of intolerance for his disgraceful Instagram post.

Also a statement of remorse by all club officials for their failure to act and a promise to not to do so again. A bond of $100,000.00 to be deposited in an nrl trust account for three years.

The anticipated response to club disturbances shall not be longer than 24 hours from the time the event is brought to light publicly by any large media organisation.

A letter of apology and a 50% discount to sponsors over three years to make good the potential damage to their reputation by way of their association with the club during this unnecessary tumultuous period.

This is just the start.

I thought about taking away the gf win from the record books, but in all of the circumstances, I consider that a bridge too far.

I was devastated when Penrith won the comp, though the disgraceful and inept post celebrations actually has me feeling a lot better, clearly, ability doesn’t buy you class…..Go the mighty panfers!!!
