Home Stretch Remaining Game Rd 22-27

So we have to win every game to make the 8? Or would 4 of 5 of due to the draw we had?

Eels (Home Friday 8pm NZ time)
Dolphins (Away Sunday 4pm NZ time)
Manly (Away Friday 8pm NZ time)
Dogs (Home Friday 8pm NZ time)
Sharks (Away Saturday 9.35pm NZ time)
Bye.

Max 33 points up for grabs.
Would 31 points do? That would be 12 wins 1 draw and 11 loses.

Manly and Dogs look on current form the hardest, Sharks and Dolphins a solid challenge away.

Probably lose to Eels to make this discussion near pointless.

I had us with one life left up our sleeve when i did the Ladder predictor last.
It is a big ask now, but since we have everything to lose there is no point the Warriors ignoring the ladder now.

If they did make the finals after pulling off a record stretch of wins, you could imagine them landing there pretty well spent.

With SJ due back he, once again, has all the pressure put back on him to be the superstar performer, bringing us home, in a blaze of glory.

He's had this monkey around his neck his whole career with us and I feel a little sorry for him. Sorry, because the necessary support hasn't always been there.

Look, let's not pretend we have a snowball's chance in hell of picking who we'll beat and not beat :D

Our away record is mud this year, we are 2-7 off shore. So believing we might beat the Dolphins, Manly and Sharks, who are all in the eight, across the Tasman, seems a bit pie in the sky sort of stuff.

Cliche time, game by game.

I dunno if that carries the jeopardy it once did. I think a lot of people have lowered there expectations about what to expect from Johnson this year.

The pendulum has swung the other way where criticism comes from a positioning of whether SJ is up to it anymore.

Just realised Dolphins away to Manly away is a 5 day turn around!
Damn. I guess if we had performed like we thought we could, and were firmly ensconced in the top 8, this wouldnt have seemed so bad, as we had the bye in round 27 to set us up for the playoffs

Can't see Dragons going 1 out of 4, tbh. Flanigan being out will probably only make them better

It’s not all over just yet !!

Thought you were off the mathematical hook? Not so fast.

Here’s your 20-game guide to the NRL finals promised land – share it with a mate and ruin their relaxing weekend!

The Warriors will finish eighth on 27 points (one point above a logjam of six teams tied on 26 points) if:

Bulldogs beat Dolphins
Cowboys beat Raiders
Titans beat Dragons
Sharks beat Knights

𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃 𝟐𝟓
Warriors beat Bulldogs
Eels beat Broncos
Panthers beat Raiders
Storm beat Dolphins
Rabbitohs beat Knights
Roosters beat Titans
Sharks beat Dragons

𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃 𝟐𝟔
Eels beat Dragons
Broncos beat Dolphins
Warriors beat Sharks
Titans beat Knights
Roosters beat Raiders

𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃 𝟐𝟕
Storm beat Broncos
Raiders beat Dragons
Panthers beat Titans

Biggest issue is Warriors having to win in that calculation.
It done. (Been done for a while)
But enjoyed the maths.
