Flanno...momentum is building - somebody needs to take the bullet.

Public awareness is demanding it.

If players took it 'unwittingly' - then someone else acted willingly, or knowingly.

How does Flanno look around the place - see dank and not say, "Who's that dude - why is he talking to Gal?"

Really?...I don't believe it.

Or - if he doesn't notice some guy not connected to the club - then THAT is a head coach you do NOT want in charge.

Kent suggested tonite ASADA held evidence back to use later. WADA will have had to have been sweet-talked into turning a blind eye to the 3 week holidays.

Reading between some blurred lines.......someone is gonna take the hit.

But Price as option 2??!!

Once again.....are we ONLY interested in guy other clubs punt?

At the end of the day the kid just wants to play first grade.

He is actually knocking back much bigger bucks(I'm not talking 30 or 40k) to sign with us. Another Sydney club offered him some good coin but couldn't guarantee he would play first grade next year.

To me this shows pure determination and absolute commitment in chasing his dream rather than the money. I think we are on a good thing here.

Good to see a change of heart. Now guaranteeing players a first grade spot. Good job he wasn't a Sharks junior.

If we had Moga and Koroibete in our back line it would be vastly improved.

There is no guarantee of that.

Don't forget they first have to undergo the Cronullification process.

Once they are in our backline, we can turn diamonds to rocks.

If our backline was a possible diamond mine, they would of closed the site down years ago. It would not be a financial proposition.

Do you really believe they would hold evidence back? That's totally opposite to what they would be doing considering their already weak case.

Doesn't make sense!

Take what anyone connected to News Ltd says with a grain of salt.

Evidence in regard to those that administer - rather than those that are duped.

I'd imagine the charges are different so could be acting on the orders of WADA to keep their powder dry.

True - believe no one - especially when they are guessing but it makes sense. No way will WADA see noone take a fall for this.

Nu Brown seems nimble and has good game sense, obviously pretty fresh to 1st grade level but doing well..

Now this may be a pipe dream as we can't even get 1 signing, little own 2, but how good would it be if we could sign a classy half and 5/8 pairing then have Brown as the permanent 14. for 2015. He could jump in for Ennis, the half or 5/8 as required..

Anyway, as many have said here without at least a change in the halfback position we are nowhere...

Agree with nimble but I haven't seen any real indication of game sense. Not the sort needed to play in the halves at NRL level.

I don't want to be too hard on the kid coming into this rabble but to me he is a bench hooker. Limited kicking game and limited passing game. He is fearless and will take the defence on.

Frenzy.

I think you will find it stems from 2 certain individuals on the coaching staff more than anything.

I thought it might also have to do with him having to sit out an entire year to his juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.

The kid is a crock.

He has the game sense alright. At his own level and it will come to him in the NRL as well but he's still about 50 games short of that.

I think he has shown vision a few times with smart choices to either take on the line or float across the line and look to pass. Trouble is we have no one running in support of him so it ends up a dead end.

He has also shown improvement reading defence. Last three games his defence has been significant.

My argument is: he would benefit immensely from a year starting off the bench as a specialist utility running on for Ennis, or the halves... but that is only if we have decent halves who he can benefit from which is a ways off...

We could do worse.

Considering he has only missed 2 games this year, we do have some fellas on the books who miss most the season in the like of toops, gal and Lewie

I hope you are right that he really does have it. Agree that he needs 50 games to really get NRL. It would be nice to produce a quality five eigtht from within.

Jack Bird has great core strength and is currently running at 94kgs. The word is he is determined to hit the ground running at 100kgs next season. Impressive stuff considering he is still only 19. so there is really no concern with health issues.
