Try 30kms in peak hour Sydney traffic... Plug it into Google if you like.

See the problem with your logic is most of the 6000 odd that went the GC don't live in Sydney. I was happy to drag my family 80kms down the road for the Titans clash on a Saturday night, but would have skipped on a Friday night as I couldn't have made it.

If you want Manly fans to travel, perhaps you should release another classic dog shit, I mean shirt. Or perhaps delay the coverage to force them to come out to see it live.

Did you head up to Brookie for the clash earlier this year?

Look stop trying to mess with my maths by including facts and logic in the arguement. That's not cricket.

I didn't travel to Brookie this season - but I went to every home game bar two (family commitments and sickness prevented the two I missed).

I don't understand why everyone is on Manly's case over this really. This is technically an away game and the gate will be more than healthy enough with the Dogs fans who would travel to the game in numbers.

Had it been a Manly home game I could understand it as they'd be expected to bring the majority of support - but it's not.

For the record I think there will be more Manly fans at this game than you'd expect at a regular season game at ANZ.

Well I did... And copped the usual abuse from Manly fans on the hill!

Abuse is one thing, throwing half full cans of beer at kids is quite another. That was what I experienced the last time I attended a Dogs game and I refuse to attend another due to their lowlife fans.

When was that?

Bulldogs supporters had there banner sticks broken, sworn at etc (Was in the DT also, not making it up)... You cannot justify one thing and condemn another! There has been no trouble at all for Bulldog games for quite a while now, the club has weeded out the trouble, whether you come or not will not effect us, it'll probably effect your team though. Having a hand full of Manly supporters wouldn't be nice... But i guess everyone is use to it at Manly away games, your club supporters are pathetic, they're not even bothered travelling to any game outside of Brooky in big numbers, always an excuse!!!

Then you all come out with the justification that in the GF tens of thousands of supporters turned up... BIG WOOP It's a GRAND FINAL, you were outnumbered or close to outnumbered (At worst) by NZ supporters, enough said.

Haha, banner sticks broken. Risky move doing that to Dogs fans banners, they could easily be used as a replacement if their knives got confiscated at the gate.

Who cares is 10 Manly supporters turn up. We are the most successful team of the last 10 years.

Living in SEQ I can safely say out of the non-QLD teams Dragons and Bulldogs are the most supported but Manly, Eels, Warriors and Storm have a lot of supporters up here, although most of the Storm fans up here are blatant glory hunters that have never been to Melbourne.

Is this meant to prove the already widely known fact that there are more Dogs fans than Manly fans?

Your exhaustive research is commendable though.

might be time to wind Manly up & move the bears in at gosford ....

more raiders fans would travel 300k's to the SFS .. if our final had been played there against the sharks ... then Manly fans do to anywhere in Sydney other then brookvale

its/they're embarrasing :?

Raiders are playing for their season, Manly have another final in Sydney no matter the result. Most people can' afford to go to both. I was almost going to go with a mate from work but my wife is having surgery that day so I'll be at home looking after her and my 2 year old son.

oh ... so if manly happen to lose on Friday & play the cowboys next week at the SFS we'll suddenly see 25K of their fans show up .. because they're playing for their season :sarcasm:

I don't see it somehow
