Nah it's alright.
Yep plastic and forgettable.Nah..... IMO, the games have become pre-packaged entertainment for the masses who can't focus for longer than a few hours. Let's throw a seasons worth of games into a month or so. The games are more often than not won in the first hour. It's like having cheeseburgers every night for dinner with no fries to dunk into your soft serve ice-cream.
She knows a winner when she sees oneI think it still has it's place. My daughter and wife who would never watch any sport with me are watching the games even when I'm at work. My daughter wanted a toffs membership for Xmas ( much to my disgust as a westie. At least my son stayed loyal with me). I'm not sure that would have happened without the bbl.
Its f**kin fine you pack of whiney bitches .... i bet you would have all been poo pooing kerry packer back in the day too
Without the short forms of cricket it would be living a sorry half forgotten existence
Agreed, and I think making the comp longer hasn’t helped either. The BBL itself is fine. Good even.
It's just that this year the quality of the comp has been abysmal. The IPL went through the same thing, in many ways. Just need to keep improving and not stagnate
Yep .... better than nothing .... a league and nbl arent doing it for me .... tennis is okish but its just 3 weeksYeah but I'd still rather have cricket on TV instead of nothing. And I reckon if they banned spinners we'd see more sixes being hit and interest would pick up again.
Wash your mouth outOrdinarily I'd be going for the toffs but I think it'd be better for the westies if the canes win. All I know for sure is that my second favourite team is looking good.
I'm with you there. Copping some death stares from my daughter for cheering on the canes thoughOrdinarily I'd be going for the toffs but I think it'd be better for the westies if the canes win. All I know for sure is that my second favourite team is looking good.
