I reckon for Boxing Day we win the toss, elect to bat and then immediately declare

Here’s how it’s gonna pan out

Poms win their 4th consecutive toss of the series and elect to bat. Starc is out for Bird.

Poms score big Root 200plus Alaistar 150plus. Paine is having a shocker , the cry is to bring back Wade.

We crumble like a deck of jokers when we bat in both innings. We are still drunk from winning and celebrating the ashes back in Perth and are all overweight from too much turkey and spuds. The Marsh brothers the only ones offering resistance and are both now short odds for dual AB medal winners.

Series 3-1 going into Sydney..

Nothing surer

Hayden is the greatest flat track bully I've ever seen. So overrated.

Only nation he did really well overseas against was India, something Punter could never do

Hayden also killed it against the West Indies overseas, He scored two tons in the 2003 series over there, amazing really when you consider the fearsome bowling line up of Collymore, Jeramaine Lawson, Pedro Collins, Mervy Dillon, Vasbert Drakes...

I think Hayden started off largely as a flat track bully, but a better all-round batsmen in his later years. His first test century (at Adelaide I think) was the worst 100 I've ever seen.

Finally Smudger wins a toss, we are batting, the runs are flowing and so are the Bill Lawry cliches
