I looked into another sport which prides itself in tbe rules and spirit of the game being paramount to players - golf.

It's not only a trial by media. Lots of ex-cricketers, current cricketers and lawn bowlers are having a dig. Though some daytime callers are letting Ray know how they feel.

In a cricket thread I didn't think there were other issues unless there are other cricket issues we weren't aware of. Maybe you are referring to who our next coach, captain, v/c etc will be.

This thread has only a fraction of the outrage on social media. Like i said, i get it but this is not life or death and people (particularly those who don't even follow cricket) should really focus on the real issues of the world.

There are teenagers fighting gun toting, inbred morons over watching their friends being gunned down in front of their eyes and millions marching for change and our country is melting down over a piece of f**king sandpaper!

I read an article where Vagina deVilliers said they told there cameraman to go out and find what the aussies are doing to get the ball to reverse so early. I don’t have a problem with that but I do wonder if he would have said the same thing to the cameramen if the Saffas were reversing the ball earlier than expected

That’s true.

Some people who have been quick to condemn are doing so because of their inherent hatred of the team. If they were a more popular and likeable team the reaction would have been much different.
