I read Scurrah's comments on the Inu move... even with direct quotes from Scurrah the journalist was so bemused he headlined it that the Bulldogs get Inu on the cheap, and frankly, all of Scurrah's comments reaffirmed that. Its a very generous approach. I also think the Bulldogs may be short in the halves, perhaps it'd be good to send them Godinet and Tuimavave... hell, why stop there, why not Johnson? The comments from Scurrah made it sound like it was a win win win for Inu and the Bulldogs (undoubtedly on both counts) and ... the Warriors? Come on Wayne, pull the other one.

wtf did Cleary even recruit Inu in the first place if from day 1 he was on the outer???

Obviously did no research on his behaviour off the field before they hired him...

It will be very interesting to see how the Warriors perform this afternoon now that the Inu saga is settled.

“The last few days, my focus has been on preparation. I think I had a bit too much fun (earlier in my career), taking a few things for granted. It’s time to grow up and get serious. Have fun at the same time but do the hard stuff as well.”

I'm so glad he's decided to grow up, now that we've lost him (sarcasm). Probably only took Dessy one hard kick in his pants and now he's a big boy. I guess that's something Ivan and Bluey were both incapable of doing.

I think it's just talk, unless he really does see this as his last chance of avoiding nowheresville

Nah...if he's just woken up to the fact that he gets paid very very good money to play football and should grow up and make the best use of his talent, then it isn't our fault. Nice he figured that out after us.

Still should be at the club, given we are paying his f*cking wages - seriously, how many other professions does that happen?

He's just saying what he thinks he should say...what is expected of him to say.

Did anybody see Scurrah's remarks the other day? "There were no off-field issues with Krisnan". The lack of transparency over this has been astounding and disgraceful.

And, overall, our club is still the laughing stock. Undoubtedly.

The playing group seemed to really like him, so he wasn't doing anything to affect them. By the time we actually get to find out what the story was, no one will care anymore. We need someone who's chummy with someone in the inner sanctum to fess up.

While he may have been 'liked' the player I know definitely understood why he wasn't getting selected.

You, sir, are someone who needs to share more.

Incidentally when I said well liked I meant he didn't seem to be affecting team morale, wasn't ostracised (sp?) etc.

Well, saying 'I have the inside word' is frivolous unless you actually spill.

Some entirely unsubstantiated rumours I've heard are similar to the reason he bailed on the Kiwis last season: he's pussy whipped and the bitch wanted to be back partying in Sydney. As Inu is a perpetually chillaxed customer, his being prone to boss level pussy-whipping wouldn't surprise me at all.

I thought we had already established the reason, he was dealing candy to teammates. Class A candy as well.
