It's Weird Seeing the Eels 2nd!!

I always look at the table and my eyes always tend to start from the middle and track down looking for the Eels....

After all these months, it's weird seeing them in 2nd place....

It's great coming 2nd but the business is in October. 2001 should be a prime example. 50 point scorelines during the year won't help if we don't turn up in the Finals. We Still have aloooooooong way to go.

A few questions still lay over our team when it comes to Finals footy as to how we cope with pressure and the CHOKE factor. Finals footy is anew ball game.

well, they've been failing to make their repayments lately ;-)

It is great to see. And yes there is still work to be done. Especially at the business end of the season.

But still, by all means enjoy it now. Let the guys worry about doing it at the business end, just enjoy the ride.

Still looking for us to get better. Halves gelling together and the PJ/Riddell combo is firing now. Expect to see more improvent and if we do that, we'll be top 3. From there its a new ball game.

Canberra, cronulla, manly, cowboys have all had a shot at a top two spot and are slippery sliding back down. Hopefully it doesn't happen to us, but it could still happen.
