All these problems stem from there being too many teams in Sydney. f**k this spiritual home horse shit, most of them are broke.

I would relocate Wests Tigers to Perth. Also make a hard call on Penrith and move them to Central Queensland or Gosford. I would dissolve the Titans and move them too. They have failed consistently no matter what they are called.

Relocation won't work. For a new team to work in a new area they'd need their own identity. If anything the Magpies should be allowed to go on so they can recapture Campbelltown and surrounding areas.

The only reason Penrith stays around is because of their junior base. But I guess if you take away the development of juniors away from NRL clubs then penrith do become a bit redundant. They don't have a strong membership base nor do they get people out to the games. Not sure how they rate on TV but I couldn't imagine they'd provide much pulling power for the NRL to organise the deals. Not sure a move up to the Central Coast would work either.
