No he really wasn’t.
I meant 2017
No he really wasn’t.
A friend of mine spotted Jarryd on a flight to the Gold Coast this afternoon. He's prob meeting with the Titans ;-)
I think it's safe to say that we have the best player in the world and by seasons end we should just throw him a contract and get him to write what he thinks is reasonable.
Well I have, it’s facthave you had experience with this Barry ?
The reason I ask as I've never read that previously.
Typical me, even when I'm right I'm wrong.Good call Hiney. Was both right and wrong.
I agree.Typical me, even when I'm right I'm wrong.

I bet you'd be correct.I bet you can’t say that three times in row after half a bottle of Kraken.
They wouldn’t send a contract if they haven’t agreed to terms.Bernie said on radio today that there has been no contract sent to Hayne yet.
Their cap value for incentives is calculated on their achievements the previous year. This is already known at the start of the year.I was wondering the same thing
You won't bust the current year cap because of incentives. Appearance fees for 2019 cap would be assessed as 'number of games played in 2018 x appearance fee'. If you go over, you are not penalised in 2019, but the surplus is taken off 2020 cap. Bonuses for rep appearances are initially assessed based on whether the salary cap auditor believes they will earn the bonus in the current year. If the player earns a bonus that was not anticipated, the following year's cap is adjusted.

It’s little different from the 2016-17 side.Writing off 2019 already?
Those options you have presented will see us in contention for another spoon next year.
My offer has gone down to $700k.Tell him to get f**ked ... he is not worth the big coin anymore .... no way we should go back to the days where he chewed up our cap when he is more likely to miss half a season through injury
