As for Norman being on overs, I don’t think that is the case. When his contract was renewed he was worth what we ended up paying him and could have got as much elsewhere. That’s how you measure whether we paid too much.

To suggest that we can arbitrarily change what the market decides is a bit far fetched.

I think you’d be on safer ground if you said that Norman hasn’t earnt his pay check. I think that’s something the majority of people would agree to.

We should try to think of who the Roosters are going to try to sign and then we should think "hey, why don't we try to sign them first". One of goals should be lets not be surprised by any Roosters signings anymore.

No. I am going into 2019 with hope and belief just like I do in everyday life.
If at some point our season is shot then I will try and find what possitives are left to gain from the rest of the season for 2020 future.
I think the teams good enough and BA will be better from experience. Plus we have a home stadium. I cant wait.

I can’t believe that you would even argue that Cronk wouldnt look better in the Storm than he would in Parra. That’s beyond stupid.

It’s the exact point that plenty of people have made in support of Hayne when I have suggested that Slater is a much better fullback.

Slater is a better fullback but he and Hayne are on par as footballers.

Hayne has a major weakness (work rate) that makes him unsuitable for fullback. Slater is perfect for fullback but unsuited anywhere else. He is too small for wing or centre and lacks the skills (especially kicking) for the halves.
