Don't know, I've checked everywhere for it, but no avail
It was included

A lot of us liked Hayne as a player but what he did was f’d up. As a supporter of his, how do you view this, Hayne admitted he knew she did NOT consent to sex when he caught up with her - this is fact which basically negates all the text messages (which supporters point to as some sort of consent (notwithstanding that this is not fully correct)). So given the above is an agreed fact, is he still entitled to do what he did? If so why?

I really don't get the confusion. Jarryd sunk himself.

“I knew she didn’t want to have sex, I thought I’d just please her and that was it,” he said.
This x 10000000!!! Dissecting it further:

1. Hayne says that he knows she didn’t want sex; and
2. Hayne says HE thought he would just “please her instead”. He does NOT even say that he thought that she wanted to be or was open to be pleased instead, etc. on this statement, he thought to take it upon himself to determine and action how he thought she would be pleased.

For all the people ok with Hayne’s statement, that would then imply you would be OK with either a gay/straight man/woman who knows that you do not want to have sex with them to instead to “please you”, they grope/stick fingers into you whether it is welcome or not.

Harry got pulled up for some pretty ordinary homophobic comments recently. As such his views about women aren’t surprising. He has issues methinks.
That was ordinary. That kind of shit really f**ks with gay youth and there would definitely be some young gay people reading these forums. Luckily I’m sure they see all the allies here. He did apologise at the time, but he’s just taken that back. Disappointing.

And then our women users would come into this thread and read his ramblings. Yikes. His comments here are putrid and his ability to understand what these comments say about him is even more putrid.

I’m not engaging with him again mate. It only increases the harm he’s doing by giving him a platform. This chest beating homophobic misogynistic crap has no place here.

I don't know if I should mention this here but here it goes, and this is the reason why I don't trust most women. 15 years ago a friend of mine was in the same situation a rape case,he always said he was innocent and that she gave him consent....she lied to police about everything....so when it went to court the jury took 5 days to work out the bitch was lying all along, and they found him not guilty. The things she was saying in court would blow your mind out..... people are very good in making up story's so they'll look like they're the innocent one...and he thought about taking it further but no point as she had no money anyway..
You don't trust roughly 50% (~4 billion people) of humans based on a mate's shitty relationship with 1. Assuming you wouldn't be with someone you don't trust you must be gay or abstain entirely? When a bloke does something shitty to a mate you'll have no one left.

How long he gets will be interesting, he done 9 months of a maximum 5 year 9 month sentence, non parole period of 3 years 9 months, so if he just accepted it and done the time he'd have about 2 years left until eligible for parole. I have a feeling he'll get a longer sentence myself, should have just done his time.
