he has size. not sure where you saw his gridiron specific skill given he's never played the game and i'd say you're impressed with his speed because you either look at relative to who he's burning in nrl or you've never actually ran particularly fast.

time will tell if he makes it. if he does i'll be one of the first to say i called it wrong.

For that position it's all about either being elusive and patient, finding gaps to run through...or strong enough to just barge got way through.
The only time you would ever hit top speed is when you make it through to the secondary. Hayne is fast enough for RB.
