This is awesome news! Hope he suits up next week. I do think the Aussie media should be careful saying he has a permanent spot on the team though. That is not exactly true. Doubt it will happen to Hayne but plenty have made the 53 only to be cut the next day for some other teams cut player.

I thought it was probably a leap too far originally.

But watching the pre season games, seeing some absolutely putrid tackling technique that wouldn't make it in NSW cup and bad defensive decisions I can see Hayne having a very successful career if that sort of stuff translates over to regulars season. The fact Hayne can dominate a team by himself but also has the addition of blockers to help makes it seem like things will be all too easy for Hayne

Of course regular season should be a tougher ball game but Hayne too is only going to get better.
